About Us
Sparrows Lock Picks is a manufactuer of specialty and quality lock pick tools. We work with industry professionals to design the very best lock picks for locksmiths, Military and the sporting comunity. Many of our designs have been developed by working with wizwazzle. With his experience we have been able to provide lock pick sets that are truly designed to be the very best. Sparrows is also working on several new designs with other indusrty professionals, look for these new items in the spring. Our metal shop is located in Toronto Canada and we handle all sales through the internet we are more than happy to answer any questions you have though email. At this time we do not have a retail store in the shop and we do not give tours. If you have any questions before of buy a lock pick set send us an email. Orders are shipped globally every day. Buyer Responsiblity
Please ensure that you have checked all local laws with regards to the purchase and ownership of lock picks in your area before you buy a lock pick set. It is your responsibility! Sparrows employees can not advise you on the legal nature of Lock Picks in your area, please do not ask! By placing an order, the buyer asserts that the products will be used in a lawful manner and that they are of legal age! At this time in Canada you are required to have a licence to carry lock picking tools in B.C., Saskatchewan, and Alberta these are often called pick licenses.
Credit Card Information
All transactions are handled by Pay Pal. Even Visa and Mastercard payments are handled by Pay Pal. Sparrows never sees your credit card number.

Shipping
All items on the site are in stock and your order will be shipped the same day if it is placed before 3pm EST. In Canada and the US we use Canada Post and UPS. All items ship from Toronto, Canada.
For all international orders outside Canada and the US we use world wide express to ship your order. It takes about 4-9 days for delivery and comes with a tracking #, this is the cheapest and most effective way to ship internationally. All international orders will be labellled as "tool kit" for customs paper work, please remember that it is your responsibility to pay any duties that might be charged to the items. The country of origin is listed for each item on the site.
If you Choose Regular Post, shipping will cost $6.50 for any order being shipped in North America for international orders it is $9.50 by world express.
Payment
All prices are in Canadian Funds and are subject to PST and GST taxes. We accept PayPal, Visa and Mastercard.
Return Policy
At Sparrows we are confident that we manufactuer the very best and for that reason if you return your order to us within 60 days we will refund you 100% including the cost of shipping. Send us an email with your order # and let us know to expect a return. For returns please label them as follows
